Sorry I am not seeing a place to update my previous review so please feel free to delete my original review. There was an error in my low rating and I would not want it to affect your customers. I ordered a new Smallrig 3934 cage and it is indeed a slightly altered design from my original 3934 cage (ordered in 2022). The Cineback does work with this current Smallrig 3934 Cage which is marked A10. Where as my old one was marked A16 and you can see in the picture where the screw was not working properly (nor did any other correctly sized screw btw). The old Smallrig cage was at fault.

I have tried the screws within the Cineback order and it all works and aligns correctly!! 5 Stars!! Also kudos to Cineback who promptly reached out to me to correct this issue.

Original 2 star Review: I haven't gotten to test everything out regarding power and such, as I have the small rig case that shows it's suitable for. I follow the install instructions, and the bottom screw doesn't go into the smallrig cage as shown in video.

Very nice product, if you’re wondering about whether it’s worth the money or not — IT IS. I absolutely love the added weight and functionality of the rig paired with some SmallRig add ons.

I printed it with a Bambu Lab A1 - no issues at all. The fit is perfect, and all the needed screws etc, are listed correctly.
The only issue was the SSD holder: your SATA adapter was unavailable in Germany. But I use a NVME enclosure for my NinjaV.

Fun fact: It also works fantastically with a Ninja Blade. I had one of them stored away in a cupboard for several years. I got it for a decent price on eBay, and I wanted it to go with a BMPCC original. As those somewhat skyrocketed in price, it never came to it. And neither my Panasonocs nor Fujis are detected by it. But the X Streamer is, for whatever reason, so the blade found a new home on your VideoDock.

I wish you would also sell the cine rigs as downloadable files, as shipping and importing to Germany is a nightmare. (I would love to have the S5iix one :-)

These print designs are not only better than what I would have come up with, but a boon for anyone who doesn't have a 3D printer. I primary the XM8500 Mod because I'm cheap like that, and it works great with a little tape. This isn't the same microphone as the SM7b obviously, but it brings a decent aesthetic to our videos.

Makes my FX-3 way easier to rig accessories on and helps organize the cables. The Cineback helps with the ergonomics of the camera. My only gripe is that you need to had a riser to my Tilta LWS 15mm to have the height for a lens support bracket when using a zoom lens. Besides that everything about the Cineback I have liked so far.

It organizes my rig in such a way that not only looks great but is practical too.

I just love everything about it. My X-H2S does feel more balanced and it now offers more functionality. Would be nice if the Dtap - USB-C cable housing would be extra reinforced as mine kept opening. Other than that, the CineBack is a huge upgrade!

I went for the CineBack together with the top handle attachment. The reason for me was the flexibility espacially for having access to the multi interfaxce shoe, since sometimes i need to attach either the DJI mic2 with the MI shoe adapter or the SONY UWP Wireless set. Also i like to be prepared to use the extension cable for the MI interface. As result the rig is really nice to use for all of these options. I´ve been using a lot of variations of other rig options on rods. It may still the case that i will switch from time to time because of weight advantage. But having the ready configred rig in my bag makes so much fun to use, due to the ergonomie and ready to shoot situation. If there is something I can suggest as a wish, would be bundle of the both kits with a price advantage. By the way as information for german users. I´ve paid roughly EUR 160, tax. But I´ve received the shipment within one week, which surprised me a lot. I wish Caleb a good success with the product and hope he will continue in sharing such nice results after a lot of brainwork with the market.

Ich liebe den CineBack. er ist perfekt für mein FX30 Rig. Mit den grossen Akkus bin ich über mehrere Stunden unabhängig von externem Strom und dadurch viel flexibler. Aufgrund der Bauweise ist das Rig um einiges stabiler als zuvor ohne den CineBack. Vielen Dank für die rasche Lieferung USA -> Schweiz

This handle really completes the whole package! Extremely sturdy and well built! Sony would be smart to manufacture their handles like this one.

There’s a reason other companies are trying to replicate this device. The cineback is one of a kind and it’s the best at it too. Absolutely love this thing and the possibilities are endless!
